Biography

Hi, I’m Keira - a 22-year-old qualified SEND teacher within West Northants, who also holds a degree in Special Educational Needs, Inclusion and Diversity. I’m passionate about improving support and outcomes for individuals within the SEND community and feel strongly about inclusion being meaningful, not just tokenistic.

I’m excited to be joining West Northants Voices in Partnership as a trustee, where I hope to contribute my lived and professional experience to help shape more responsive, family-centred support within the world of Education, Health, and Social Care.

As someone with dyslexia, I bring a unique perspective and deep understanding of what inclusive practice should look and feel like. I’m calm, compassionate, and professionally driven.

In my spare time, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and friends - going out for dinner is one of my favourite pass-times! I’m always seeking ways to grow - personally and professionally. I am really looking forward to being part of this forum’s vital work and amplifying the voices that matter most.
